Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to our services for candidate tenants. Please read them carefully before you register.

  1. 01

    Brokerage fee

    The Candidate agrees to pay a brokerage fee as stated by the broker. This fee is exclusive of VAT and is due to the Agency upon acceptance of an offer by the landlord.

  2. 02

    Cancellation fee

    If the Candidate withdraws after an offer has been accepted by the landlord, the Candidate is liable to pay the Agency a cancellation fee of €500, exclusive of VAT.

  3. 03

    Payment term

    The payment of both the brokerage fee and the cancellation fee must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

  4. 04

    Duration and termination

    This agreement shall come into effect on the date of signing and shall remain in effect until the service provision is completed or is terminated prematurely by either party.

  5. 05

    Confidentiality

    Both parties commit to confidentiality regarding all confidential information they have obtained from each other or from other sources in the context of this agreement.

  6. 06

    Applicable law

    This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
